Who are you and why I should read you?

I am Anton, an Engineering Leader from Spain. I have led teams ranging from managers-of-one (that's me) to 60+ engineers across 3 timezones in complex setups - client + reports + 3rd party consulting companies. In my 15+ years career, I have been an employee, a consultant, a mentor, an advisor to CTOs.

My passion is to help engineering organisations deliver business outcomes that matter through clarity, structure and alignment.
